Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of the Cadence platform by Customers and their Authorized Users (staff, workers, and administrators granted access under a Customer’s account). It supplements, and does not replace, the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement governing each Customer’s use of Cadence, a product of Aeygis Technologies Inc.
1. Permitted Use
Cadence may be used only for legitimate staffing agency operations — including AI-assisted email intake, candidate self-serve onboarding, certification/license tracking, shift scheduling and confirmation, e-signature approvals, payroll, and invoicing — by individuals authorized by the Customer.
2. Prohibited Activities
Authorized Users must not:
- Use the Platform to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system outside their granted permissions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
- Introduce malware, conduct penetration testing, or perform security scans without prior written authorization from Aeygis Technologies Inc.
- Use the Platform to harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully monitor workers
- Exceed reasonable use through automated scripts, bulk data extraction, or excessive API calls that degrade Platform performance for other Customers
- Share login credentials outside the individual to whom they were issued
3. Data Accuracy and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into Cadence (including SINs, IDs, and banking details) and for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable employment and privacy law in their jurisdiction.
4. Human Oversight
Cadence’s AI email intake and automation features are designed to support, not replace, human decision-making in scheduling, compliance, and workforce management. Customers agree not to deploy any automated feature of the Platform in a manner that removes meaningful human review from decisions materially affecting a worker’s employment, pay, or scheduling.
5. Enforcement
Aeygis Technologies Inc. reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for any Authorized User or Customer account found to be in violation of this AUP, particularly where the violation poses a security risk or legal liability, subject to the notice provisions in the applicable MSA.
6. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to info@app-cadence.com.
