These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of app-cadence.com and any related content, demo requests, or trial access to Cadence, a product of Aeygis Technologies Inc. (“Aeygis Technologies Inc.,” “we,” “us”). By accessing this website or requesting access to Cadence, you agree to these Terms. If you or your agency enters into a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and Statement of Work for full production use of Cadence, that agreement governs your paid subscription and will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
1. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, or availability. You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or underlying systems
- Introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or interfere with normal use by others
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content, branding, or product materials without written permission
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Cadence name, logo, product screenshots, interactive demo, documentation, and branding — is the property of Aeygis Technologies Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. No license is granted except as necessary to view the Site for evaluation purposes.
3. Demos, Trials, and Pre-Contract Access
The interactive demo and any trial or evaluation access to Cadence provided prior to execution of an MSA is offered on an “as-is” basis for evaluation purposes only, is not intended for production use, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Data entered during a demo or trial is not guaranteed to be retained or migrated into a subsequent production account.
4. Service Information
While we make reasonable efforts to keep feature descriptions and other Site content accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free. Features and availability described on this website are subject to change and are superseded by the terms of a signed MSA/SOW for any active customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeygis Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or pre-contract access to Cadence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
6. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aeygis Technologies Inc. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
